Boomers Apple with a Cider Spinach Smoothie

Everyone will be green with envy when they see you walking around with this smoothie! 

 

Ingredients:

- 1 Cup of coconut water
- 1 Scoop of Boomers Protein (we used WPI, but WPC and OVP would work too)
- 1 Whole granny smith apple, diced
- Handful of spinach
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Juice of one lemon

Put everything into a blender and mix!
