If you purchased Boomers Protein products from a pharmacy, health store, gym, distributor, or any third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly for assistance.
At Boomers Protein, we are committed to quality, purity, and customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it promptly and fairly in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review the product description, specifications, and suitability before placing an order.
We recommend checking your order carefully upon delivery before opening or consuming any products.
If you've changed your mind about a purchase, we are not obligated to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under Australian Consumer Law.
All such requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, significantly different from its description, not of acceptable quality, or not fit for purpose.
What To Do:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and description of the issue.
Include clear photographs if applicable.
Do not dispose of the product unless instructed.
If approved, we will provide a replacement product or issue a full refund. If a replacement or refund is required, the product will need to be returned first.
If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us. Each case will be reviewed individually. We may request batch number, usage details, and supporting information for investigation.
Individual items within a bundle cannot be returned separately.
The entire bundle must be returned if eligible.
Opened items within bundles cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Products purchased during promotional campaigns, clearance sales, or special offers are not eligible for change-of-mind returns but may be returned if faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Free gifts or bonus items must be returned if the qualifying product is refunded.
Changes or cancellations must be made prior to the next billing date.
Once dispatched, subscription orders are treated under the standard returns policy.
Returns must be received within 14 days of approval.
Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving returned goods.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Shopify processing times may take 3–10 business days.
Products transferred to alternative containers are not eligible for return.
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery are not eligible for refund.
