Can be heated in the microwave on really chilly mornings, no need to worry about preparing the next few days of breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1 Pink Lady Apple grated
- 1 Tsp of Apple Pie Spice
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Oats
- 1 Cup Milk (almond, soy or regular cow)
- 1 Scoop Boomer Whey Protein Isolate
Method:
- Mix grated apple and apple pie spice with chia seeds, make sure you add any juice that comes out when you grate the apple.
- Blend Boomers and milk.
- Put apple mixture in the bottom of a bowl or mason jar.
- Combine oats and milk mix.
- Gently layer on top.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Lasts in the fridge for about 4 days.
