Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Can be heated in the microwave on really chilly mornings, no need to worry about preparing the next few days of breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pink Lady Apple grated
  • 1 Tsp of Apple Pie Spice
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1 Cup Milk (almond, soy or regular cow)
  • 1 Scoop Boomer Whey Protein Isolate

Method:

  1. Mix grated apple and apple pie spice with chia seeds, make sure you add any juice that comes out when you grate the apple.
  2. Blend Boomers and milk.
  3. Put apple mixture in the bottom of a bowl or mason jar.
  4. Combine oats and milk mix.
  5. Gently layer on top.
  6. Refrigerate overnight.
  7. Lasts in the fridge for about 4 days.
