Boomers Protein Pizza Base

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbl Boomers Protein powder (brown rice protein)
1 large egg
1 ½ cup oats
1 Tbl coconut oil
2 Tbl water or as needed
pink salt to taste
METHOD
• Set oven to 200 degrees fan bake
• Line oven tray with baking paper
• Mix protein, egg, oats, coconut oil and salt in a bowl
• Add water and keep your hands moist to mix into a dough
• Knead on a board to create a thin base
• Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until cooked
• Remove from oven and add your favourite pizza toppings
• Bake for a further 10 minutes
