INGREDIENTS
For Smoothie
- 2 Tbl Boomers Protein Powder (we used Boomers Organic Brown Rice Protein)
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbl honey
For Topping
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 1 handful grapes
- 1 handful blueberries
- 1 handful blackberries
- 1 Tbl sunflower kernels
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp matcha
METHOD
- Blend protein powder, yoghurt, kiwi fruit, banana & honey to make smoothie
- Pour smoothie into a bowl
- Top with sliced kiwi fruit, grapes, blueberries, blackberries, sunflower kernels & chia seeds
- Dust with matcha and serve immediately
