Protein Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 125g plain greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop Boomers 100% Natural Grass Fed Whey Protein Concentrate Powder
- 1 tsp vanilla stevia
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Mix ingredients until combined and let sit for 5-10 minutes
Then add:
- 1 egg, whisked
- 100g chocolate chips
Grease muffin tin with butter or coconut oil. Bake 160 degrees until golden.
