Low Carb Protein Bliss Balls
Makes 8 balls
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Macadamias
- 2 TB Boomers Brown Rice Protein
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 2 TB Chia Seeds
- 10 Drops of Liquid Stevia
- 2 TB Cacao (heaped)
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until combined and smooth.
Roll into balls and leave in the fridge to set.
Dust with cacao and enjoy!
