Boomers Creamy Avocado Dip

Quick to whip up, this protein-packed dip will have your guests asking for more!
Ingredients:
1 scoop Boomers Protein Powder
(whey isolate or concentrate)
2 ripe avocados
2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
2 limes for juicing
1 handful of coriander
1 Tbsp water
Pinch pink salt
+fresh chili or black pepper to taste
Method:
Blend protein powder, avocados, lime juice, coriander, water and salt
Empty into a bowl for serving
Add yoghurt and fold into mix to get a light mousse
Top with coriander, sunflower kernels, fresh chilli or black pepper to taste
Serve with toasted bread for breakfast or brunch or for a snack with corn chips and crackers
